Yes, we accept returns or exchanges only if the Rudraksha bead is broken, damaged, or has a defect when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will assist you with a replacement.
However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used Rudraksha beads.
This is because, according to traditional practice:
✔ Each Rudraksha naturally aligns with the wearer’s body energy or aura
Every Rudraksha bead is believed to tune itself to the specific energy field of the person who wears it. Once this energetic connection is formed, the bead becomes personal to the wearer.
✔ Because of this, Rudraksha beads should not be shared
It is traditionally not recommended to share or pass your Rudraksha to another person, as it is considered an intimate spiritual tool that adapts to your vibration and aura.
✔ For hygiene & spiritual reasons, used Rudraksha cannot be resold
To maintain purity, respect, and proper energy alignment, we do not resell or exchange Rudraksha that has already been worn.
What is Rudraksha
Rudraksha is a sacred seed traditionally used in meditation, healing, and spiritual practices. It comes from the Elaeocarpus ganitrus tree, primarily found in India, Nepal, and Indonesia.
Many people wear Rudraksha beads for stress relief, mental clarity, grounding energy, and spiritual growth. They are often used in malas (prayer beads), bracelets, or as healing jewelry.
Yes. Rudraksha seeds have unique natural properties, including electromagnetic characteristics and specific surface structures. While spiritual benefits are traditional, many users report improved focus and calmness.
Yes. All our Rudraksha beads are authentic and carefully verified before they are shipped.
It’s important to know that there is currently no official legal or government testing standard for Rudraksha anywhere in the world. Because of this, most reputable sellers—including us—use the widely accepted traditional and technical methods of verification:
✔ X-Ray Compartment Checking (Industry Standard Practice)
Rudraksha beads naturally contain internal compartments known as “Mukhis” or “faces.”
Using X-ray imaging, we verify that the inner compartments match the number of external lines on the bead.
This is the most trusted method used by experts and collectors to confirm authenticity.
✔ Natural Frequency Characteristics
Each Mukhi type (5 Mukhi, 7 Mukhi, 9 Mukhi, etc.) is believed in traditional practice to radiate a unique natural frequency or vibration.
While this is a spiritual belief rather than a legally standardized scientific metric, many practitioners use this energetic profile as an additional authenticity check.
✔ Sourcing From Trusted Origins
We source our Rudraksha directly from trusted farmers and collectors in Nepal and Indonesia, the two regions known for producing the highest-quality beads.
✔ Certification When Applicable
For premium beads, we provide a certificate of authenticity based on the above verification methods.
Rudraksha beads are durable, but we recommend:
Keeping them away from chemicals and perfumes
Oiling occasionally with natural oils
Storing in a clean, dry place
This helps preserve their natural energy and shine.
Modern studies have observed:
Dielectric (insulating) properties that can stabilize bio-electrical signals
Electromagnetic characteristics linked to its internal structure
Unique internal chambers, visible only through X-ray
These findings help explain why many people feel calmer or more balanced while wearing it, although scientific evidence does not classify it as a medical product.
A Mukhi is a natural line on the bead. A 5-Mukhi bead has five lines, a 7-Mukhi has seven, and so on.
The number of Mukhis corresponds to internal compartments, confirmed through X-ray scanning.
There is no global legal standard for Rudraksha testing — but within the industry, X-ray verification is considered the most reliable scientific method.
Many wear it for:
Mental clarity
Emotional balance
Meditation support
Stress management
Personal or spiritual growth
There are no medical claims — benefits are based on user experience and traditional knowledge.
Yes. It is suitable for all ages, cultures, and backgrounds.
Each bead adapts to your skin oils, energy, and personal use. For hygiene and tradition, Rudraksha should be kept personal.
A broken bead should not be worn.
Cracks affect:
Structural integrity
Mukhi pattern
Traditional energetic significance
We recommend replacing damaged beads.
Keep away from soap and chemicals
Remove before showering or swimming
Oil lightly with natural oil every few months
Store in a clean, dry place
With proper care, Rudraksha can last for decades.
No rituals are required.
You may simply clean it and wear it with intention or respect.
Price depends on:
Rarity of Mukhi
Size and source (Nepal beads are larger and rarer)
X-ray certification
Natural shape and quality
Rare mukhis (1, 2, 14, 18+) are naturally limited and therefore premium.
